WHAT'S GREAT FOR YOU?

*We offer a 7 day guarantee on all of our work, this means that if you are not completely satisfied, you have 7 days to contact us, so that we may make the proper changes to please you as long as these changes are within our limits and yours.   

*We offer a $5 referral bonus to all clients that refer a booked and completed sale new client. You may let your salon bucks add up or use them with each service as they never expire.

*We offer a free brow precision wax during all of our current client's birthday month!  

*If we cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your booked appointment we will give you a 50% discount upon re-booking for the same service(s) we had to cancel. 

*For every minute, over the first 5 minutes, after your scheduled appointment time that we are late, we will credit you $1 per minute to make up for it. 

WHAT'S GREAT FOR US?

*All sales are final

*For every minute you are late, after the first 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be billed $1 per minute. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that are over 15 minutes late and you will be billed for 100% of your total appointment amount plus a 20% tip. 

*All cancelations require a 48 hour minimum notice prior to your scheduled appointment.  All cancelations after 48 hours prior to your appointment will be billed for 50% of your appointment total including an additional 20% tip. 

*All no show clients will be billed for 100% of their appointment including an additional 20% tip. 

*Some appointments reqire a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer.  The retainer price varies. Any no shows will lose their retainer and be billed for the remaining amount of the appointment plus an additional 20% tip.   

*Any cancelations of retainer appointments after the 48 hour pre-appointment date will be billed an additional 50% of the total service price plus an additional 20% tip.  You will lose your retainer.
